Closing Your Account

You can close your Coastr account whenever you like. We want to ensure you have the best experience possible, even when it's time to say goodbye.

Simply follow the below steps while using the app:

  1. Access Your Account: Start by navigating to the "Account" screen within your Coastr app. You can find this by tapping on the Account icon in the top left corner of the Home screen.
  2. Visit the Help Centre: Within the "Account" menu, click "Help Centre to proceed.
  3. Select "Close Account": Locate and select the "Close Account" option.
  4. Confirm Your Decision: Before closing your account, you'll be reminded that confirming account closure will result in forfeiting any earned rewards currently held in your wallet.
  5. Account Closure: Once you confirm, your Coastr account will be closed. Any remaining rewards will be permanently removed.

Alternatively, you can submit the form below and a member of our team will review your request, verify your details and close your Coastr account on your behalf.

Once completed, our team will send a confirmation email detailing that your request has been processed and your Coastr account is now closed.
